Tasting Room Associate

Looking for a part-time Tasting Room Associate for our Wine Tasting Room & Shop in gorgeous Laguna Beach! Who we are: We are Bianchi Winery - a family owned and operated winery located in Paso Robles. As a multigenerational business, we are on our 3rd generation of leaders, and have been selling our wines for over 25 years. We pride ourselves in creating exceptional wines sourced from our own vineyards, and other premium vineyard partners throughout the Central Coast. We have our Reserve wine collection, available exclusively in our tasting rooms. This collection of Premium tier wines will be the star of the show in our beautifully designed Laguna Beach retail & tasting space.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an individual who possesses the customer service skills to "read the room", and understand how to create an "elevated experience" for guests by anticipating their needs before they are aware of them. This individual will be friendly and conversational with guests, possess basic wine knowledge, and have prior experience in hospitality or sales. Basic wine education is a must, but we are all here on our lifetime journey of learning. Some education and full training on Bianchi wines will be provided. Must be responsible, punctual, and have a strong desire to learn, as well as work well independently. Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours, up to 20 hours/week. Compensation is $19 + commission and tips, plus discounts on wine. We also have event & off-site opportunities at a higher hourly rate.
