Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator About Seven Falls Seven Falls is a luxury wellness spa dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through massage therapy, wellness services, relaxation amenities, and personalized customer care. Our mission is to create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable environment for every guest who walks through our doors. We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and help support the daily operations of our Lake Forest location. Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment a client contacts Seven Falls through the completion of their visit. This role includes appointment scheduling, guest relations, phone and text communications, payment processing, retail sales support, and maintaining smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries professionally. Schedule, confirm, modify, and manage spa appointments. Explain spa services, memberships, packages, promotions, and facility amenities. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Collect and manage client information in accordance with company policies. Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-up communications. Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor schedules and help maximize appointment utilization. Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Assist with retail product sales and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Support opening and closing procedures. Assist management with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, wellness, hotel, medical office, or front desk operations preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and online booking platforms. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required. Bilingual English/Mandarin Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary: $4,000-$5,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonus opportunities.
