This role is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality guest experiences while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team performance across all attraction and retail venues. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality and attraction leadership experience, excels at managing large, diverse teams, and applies innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to elevate both guest satisfaction and financial performance. This position partners closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of attractions, retail, events, and overall ship operations. Join our team as Director of Attractions! EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of leadership experience in attractions, amusement, or a related industry Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and create a culture of accountability within a diverse team Strong analytical, numerical, and operational skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and labor management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to thrive under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Siriusware ticketing system is a plus After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following: Now offering Daily Pay !
