We are seeking an experienced Production & HPP Operations Manager for a popular Southern California healthy food chain known for its USDA-certified organic, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and fresh grab-and-go meals including salads, wraps, and bowls. This company is committed to wellness through locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. This position is located in Harbor City, CA . We are looking for a hands-on operator with direct HPP (High Pressure Processing) experience who can lead a fast-paced cold-pressed juice production facility with strong organization, efficiency, and leadership skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily juice production and HPP operations Lead, train, and manage production teams Improve operational efficiency, throughput, and workflow Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Coordinate production scheduling and inventory flow Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues Maintain
