Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

As Director of Operations, you'll be Olga's trusted right hand — the one who keeps every moving part aligned so she can focus on clients and closings. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who genuinely loves building systems, anticipates problems before they surface, and takes quiet pride in an operation that hums. You'll own transaction coordination, vendor relationships, client communication, executive support, and the day-to-day systems that keep the business moving.
