Job Summary:

Oversee 24/7 Sterile Processing Department operations, ensuring consistent workflows, productivity, and quality standards Lead, coach, and develop supervisors; manage hiring, performance, and succession planning with HR Ensure compliance with AAMI, CDC, CMS, and Joint Commission standards; maintain audit readiness and staff competency Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, inventory, and equipment reliability Monitor performance metrics, drive quality improvement, and lead corrective actions Collaborate with logistics, clinical teams, and leadership to align operations with surgical demand

Required:

CRCST /CBSPD

certification (required); CHL or CIS preferred. 5+ years of sterile processing experience. 3+ years in a leadership role with multi-shift accountability. #

IRI-MT Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
