ROLE/GOAL

The primary role and goal of the Field Supervisor is to plan, organize, and direct the field operations in a way that ensures all field work is completed accordance within specific program goals and Company guidelines. Specific installation and invoicing goals for this position are sent under separate cover.

WORK HOURS/BREAKS/REPORTING

: The work hours for this position are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise pre-approved by the Project Director. This position reports to the Project Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Below are some of the responsibilities of this position This list should not be considered all inclusive: 1. Ensure company goals for installation, safety, and quality are met. 2. Organizing schedules and workflows and ensure employees understand their duties and assigned tasks 3. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. 4. Employee Training and evaluation. 5. Policy reviews and implementation in coordination with upper management. 6. Always use good judgement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Below are some of the duties of this position This list should not be considered all inclusive: 1. Review of crew work orders, and other field-related documents to ensure accuracy. 2. Crew discipline, attendance, quality and comprehensiveness. 3. Coordinating maintenances/damages with customers and crews. 4. Processing all requests from field personnel. 5. Uniforms and related equipment in accordance with established policies. 6. Complete QA and safety inspections (minimum 5 on site safety inspections per week). 7. Process timecards and payroll forms. 8. Vehicle maintenance/condition supervision. 9. Customer Complaint handling procedures. 10. Office/Warehouse upkeep and supervision. 11. Supervision of Safety and Loss Control Program. 12. Any other responsibilities as warranted or assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

: This role requires both office and field work. While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to sit, stand, drive or walk for prolonged periods of time. May occasionally lift or move up to 60 lbs. The employee will often be engaged in face-to-face contact with others within an office, at a customer's home, and or in a warehouse environment.
