Known for its refined hospitality, serene ambiance, and breathtaking views, the Estate offers a uniquely personal and private experience for discerning travelers. We are seeking a service-driven, poised, and hospitality-focused professional to join our team as Front of House Lead. Job Summary As the Front of House Lead, you will be the face of our guest experience, ensuring seamless, high-touch service across all front-facing operations. This leadership role is responsible for guiding the Hotel Ambassador team, coordinating day-to-day activities, and upholding our uncompromising standards of service, elegance, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Lead daily front of house operations including check-in/check-out, concierge, and in-room dining. Run and oversee breakfast service and occasional private dinner experiences. Train, mentor, and motivate the guest services team to uphold luxury service standards. Provide expert concierge guidance, creating customized Napa Valley itineraries for guests. Serve as the main point of contact for guest needs, preferences, and escalations. Collaborate with housekeeping and food & beverage departments for seamless operations. Maintain front of house cleanliness, ambiance, and organization. Contribute to continuous improvement of guest service experiences. What We're Looking For A polished, professional presence with the ability to lead and inspire. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. At least 2 years of hospitality or luxury service experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role. Strong operational understanding of guest services, dining, and shift management. Experience with POS systems, food safety, and fine dining service. Local knowledge of Napa Valley's wineries and culinary scene is a strong plus.
