Winery Ambassador Benchmark Consulting - 4.0 Napa, CA Job Details Full-time 2 days ago Qualifications Wine industry Phone communication Driver's License Brand storytelling Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Winery Brand Ambassador - Napa Valley Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our Napa Valley winery. This dynamic role blends premium hospitality, guest experiences, sales support, and digital storytelling. You will help continue Napa Valley's long and celebrated history of world-class hospitality while showcasing our estate's wines in one of the world's premier wine regions. Key Responsibilities Host premium wine tastings, private tours, and memorable guest experiences Manage phone and email reservations with excellent customer service Communicate with concierges and drivers regarding bookings and guest arrivals Support sales efforts and build strong relationships with guests and trade partners Provide timely reporting on events, tastings, and market feedback Represent the winery at local events and activations Qualifications Strong wine knowledge with a long history of work within the Napa Valley (WSET or similar preferred) Must have a 4yr + experience in Hospitality or tasting room experience in the luxury/premium wine sector Excellent communication, storytelling, and phone etiquette Must be 21+ with a valid California driver's license Added Advantages (Bonus) Previous reservation management experience Computer proficiency and working knowledge of winery reservation software (Tock, Comm 7, Figure or something similar.
