This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain office systems, processes, and workflows with accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption. Be the go-to person for employees, creating a positive, engaging, and well-supported office environment.
Support marketing initiatives:
coordinate campaigns, organize materials, and track basic performance metrics.
Manage inbound sales lead follow-up:
outreach, qualification, and proper handoff to the sales team. Maintain accurate records in the system for leads, notes, and follow-up activities. Track production and sales performance; ensure the team is aware of goals and monthly targets. Execute strategies to help meet or exceed production, sales, and operational goals.
Qualification:
Proven office operations and management experience in a dental setting. Track record of execution, accuracy, and follow-through. Highly organized with a structured, process-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping team goals in focus. Comfortable supporting marketing, sales, and production goals. Experience tracking metrics and helping teams meet or exceed expectations. Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on employee experience and goal achievement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to help create an engaging, high-energy workplace culture.
