Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and help drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage processes, teams, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectivenessDevelop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflowsMonitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for leadershipManage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support business goalsLead, mentor, and develop operations staff and supervisorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, customer service, and supply chainIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance productivityEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsManage vendor relationships, inventory, and operational logistics as neededSupport strategic planning and execution of organizational initiatives
