Opens a new window. Operations Analytics Manager (Ontario, CA) - SWIFTX INC. Manage nationwide first-mile pickup ops & logistics workflows via TMS/WMS, data analytics & SOPs. Req. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; plus 12-month experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a related field. Travel required up to 15% within the U.S. to visit regional hubs and partner facilities.

Specific Duties:

 1. Manage first-mile pickup operations for small parcels nationally from the company's headquarters, ensuring timely departure from local warehouses to sorting hubs by planning driver schedules, routes, and dock times to match capacity with demand. 2. Monitor and optimize daily logistics workflows through transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and data analysis tools including Python and business intelligence platforms to identify operational issues and implement solutions. 3. Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational practices, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability. 4. Develop and manage operational KPIs, cost-control strategies, and performance dashboards to track service quality metrics and cost-per-package analysis. 5. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including dispatch, warehouse, transportation, and field operations to ensure seamless execution. 6. Manage delivery service providers (DSPs), carriers, and 3PL partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, safety standards, and operational targets. 7. Prepare, analyze, and present operational performance reports and continuous improvement recommendations to senior leadership. 8. Serve as the central operations control point, providing real-time operational support, issue escalation, and decision-making guidance to all field stations. 9. Standardize service delivery processes and internal workflows across all regional facilities to support consistent customer experience. 10. Develop and execute contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for operational disruptions, including weather events, peak-season driver shortages, and capacity constraints. 11.
