About the Role As a Car Wash Supervisor, you'll help oversee day-to-day operations, lead by example, and ensure a smooth, safe, and successful shift. You'll actively promote our Unlimited Wash Memberships, support and coach Wash Attendants, and create memorable experiences for every customer. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel as needed Promote and upsell car wash services—especially Unlimited Memberships Ensure all team members are completing daily duties and following procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas, uphold safety standards Handle cash and follow company transaction procedures Support the Site Manager with training, inventory, and performance feedback Lead with a positive attitude and foster a team-first environment

What We're Looking For Leadership Potential:

At least one year of prior experience is required

Sales-Driven:

Strong focus on meeting or exceeding daily membership sales goals

Reliable and Professional:

Punctual, dependable, openly available, and takes pride in appearance

Team Player:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Adaptable:

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Physically Capable:
