Our growing home care organization is seeking an exceptional leader to help expand referral partnerships, strengthen operational performance, and contribute to the next phase of our organization's growth. This is an opportunity to become a key member of our leadership team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. About the Opportunity The Director of Growth, Partnerships & Operations is responsible for driving sustainable agency growth through consultative relationship development, strategic networking, community engagement, and operational leadership. This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a professional who understands how to build trust, identify needs, create solutions, and develop long-term partnerships that benefit clients, families, referral partners, and the organization as a whole. You will work directly with ownership to: Expand referral partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth Increase agency visibility, reputation, and community presence Help strengthen internal systems, workflows, and operational efficiency Support accountability, KPI tracking, and performance management initiatives Identify opportunities to improve the client, caregiver, and referral partner experience Contribute to strategic planning and long-term organizational development Help build the infrastructure necessary to support continued agency growth and scalability Existing Book of Business Preferred (But Not Required) Candidates with established professional relationships and referral networks within senior/elder care and healthcare are strongly encouraged to apply. Target referral relationships may include (but not limited to): All Departments in Hospital Systems All Departments in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Home Health Agencies Hospice Agencies Assisted Living & Memory Care Communities Independent Living Communities Fiduciaries, Professional Trustees and Elder Law Attorneys Geriatric Care Managers Placement Consultants Physicians and Physician Groups Concierge Medical Practices Rehabilitation Facilities If you already have trusted relationships within these markets, we would love to speak with you. What You'll Be Doing Strategic Growth & Business Development Build and strengthen referral partnerships throughout the healthcare and senior care community Conduct consultative outreach, networking, and relationship development activities Deliver educational presentations and community education programs Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Create solutions that address the needs of referral partners, seniors, and families Maintain an active referral pipeline and growth plan Increase referrals, client conversions, and agency revenue Serve as a trusted advisor and community resource Leadership & Operations Collaborate directly with ownership on agency growth and operational development Help improve office systems, workflows, and team effectiveness Assist in developing accountability measures and performance standards Support KPI tracking, reporting, and operational reviews Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and service delivery Participate in leadership planning and strategic decision-making Help create scalable systems that support future growth What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you will: Develop meaningful referral partnerships that generate measurable growth Increase agency revenue and community presence Strengthen referral conversion and client onboarding processes Help improve internal systems and workflow efficiency Contribute to stronger team accountability and performance Become a trusted advisor to referral partners, clients, and internal team members The Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you: ✓ Have experience in healthcare business development, hospice, home health, senior living, care management, discharge planning, or related healthcare fields ✓ Have successfully built and maintained professional referral relationships that resulted in measurable business growth ✓ Have a proven track record of increasing referrals, revenue, or market presence ✓ Enjoy solving problems more than selling services ✓ Are a strategic thinker who sees opportunities others miss ✓ Are comfortable being accountable for measurable results ✓ Enjoy improving systems and helping teams succeed ✓ Want to help build something meaningful ✓ Have leadership aspirations beyond a traditional sales role Qualifications Required Three or more years of experience in healthcare (non-medical in-home care) business development with community relations, hospice liaison, home health sales, senior living sales, or related healthcare growth roles Demonstrated success generating referrals and revenue growth Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership Strong organizational, follow-through, and accountability skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Existing referral relationships within the local healthcare and senior care community Experience in non-medical home care Leadership, management, or supervisory experience Experience supporting operational improvement, team development, or organizational growth initiatives Compensation & Opportunity $80,000 Base Salary Uncapped Performance Bonus Expected Earnings of $100,000-$140,000+ for high performers Performance Review After 6 Months with Opportunity for Compensation Adjustment Leadership Development Opportunities Direct Access to Ownership Significant Career Growth Potential Opportunity to Help Shape the Future of the Organization Why Join Us?
