About the Role We're looking for an Operations & Inventory Systems Manager to take ownership of the systems, people, and processes that keep our products flowing from order to doorstep— flawlessly . This is a high-impact role responsible for reducing corporate losses tied to errors, packaging, shipping, and inventory inefficiencies, directly improving our COGS and customer experience. You'll lead the charge in making sure every order is accurate, every package is dialed in, and every link in the chain—from production to shipping—runs smoothly.
What You'll Own Quality Assurance Oversight:
Ensure all customer orders are accurate and complete before they hit production and shipping. Prevent costly mistakes, rework, or missed deadlines.
Inventory & Supply Management:
Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and prevent out-of-stock situations. Lead the effort to maintain optimal stock levels across SKUs and categories.
Packaging Operations:
Manage all packaging needs, inventory, and vendor relationships. Maintain standards for packaging quality and cost while ensuring timely supply. Own vendor relationships.
Shipping & Fulfillment Workflow:
Oversee day-to-day Solutions Production and Shipping teams to ensure efficient throughput, minimized errors, and fast turnarounds.
Staffing Coordination:
Manage Instaworkers and seasonal staffing plans. Ensure we're always adequately resourced—especially during peak periods.
Loss Prevention & Cost Control:
Collaborate across teams to identify, resolve, and prevent operational inefficiencies that impact product margin and drive-up costs. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or logistics—ideally in an ecommerce or DTC environment Strong background in quality control, inventory management, or packaging Excellent organizational skills and the ability to build structure in fast-paced settings Experience managing vendors and temporary labor A proactive mindset—you're always looking to improve systems, not just maintain them
Bonus:
experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or warehouse management tools You'll EXCEL If Understands and thrives in environments with frequent pivots, changes, or new directions and working across multiple departments Have inventory management experience Google Sheets experienced and strong organization skills Understands POs and PIs
