The Operations Manager provides tactical leadership and execution strategy to successfully manage plant operations. This role proactively directs all manufacturing activities and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to meet customer requirements, optimize supply chain efficiency, and consistently achieve or exceed annual operating plans (AOP) and profit targets. Responsibilities:
Manufacturing & Budgetary Leadership Coordinate all manufacturing processes to meet established plant forecasts, budgetary goals, and operational objectives. Develop, monitor, and manage departmental capital and operating budgets. Select, approve, and finalize operating methods, capital expenditures, and machinery/equipment procurement. Process Improvement & Efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality, cost, production yield, productivity, safety, and delivery metrics. Implement and champion Lean and Six Sigma projects to streamline business operations, reduce overhead rates, and improve operating margins. Oversee manufacturing process upgrades and establish standardized, acceptable work instruction guidelines. ... Supply Chain & Quality Control Partner with the scheduling department to optimize the flow of manufacturing materials and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates. Maintain rigorous manufacturing quality standards to consistently meet and exceed customer specifications. Team & Talent Management Foster strong employee relations and drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Review and approve organizational structures, staffing models, and comprehensive training programs for manufacturing personnel. Working hours:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus. Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing or assembly environment (e.g., electronic, mechanical, or similar technical sectors). Proven experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership in a matrixed organizational structure. Technical Systems:
Proficient with MRP/ERP enterprise systems and highly skilled in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Windows, Microsoft Project). Education:
