Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to join their team. As a Business Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Operations & Team Effectiveness department supporting cross-functional initiatives and leadership engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • + Lead execution of multiple cross-functional strategic and technology acceleration programs across PS Strategy and STAR, ensuring clear priorities, alignment, and outcomes + Define project scopes, milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures to keep initiatives on track + Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans + Bring structure, pace, and operational rigor to programs—from strategy and planning through incubation, execution, and follow-through + Support leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and team engagements with high-quality preparation and execution •What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred + 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles + Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development •What's in it for me?
