What to Expect As a Transportation Supervisor, you will oversee parking, valet and assist with transportation operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. You will manage a team of 30+ associates daily, ensuring they are providing the best customer service to our employees. You will be expected to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience, particularly during night shifts, and support program-level projects. You will handle inventory, support budgeting, investigate damage claims, and maintain accurate data for reporting. To be successful in this role, you will require a great amount of self-discipline and motivation to do what is right even when no one is watching. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
