As an integral part of our operations, you will coordinate a variety of activities that support fundraising, public relations, and program development, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes. Duties The Operation Development Administrator plans and directs the daily operations and long-term development of school programs across Accounts, Human Resources, and Safety. Oversee the planning and execution of education programs, ensuring all activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and in full compliance with school policies. Monitor student attendance and always maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios. The position is responsible for formulating institutional policies and procedures in collaboration with board members and staff, managing human and material resources, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations. Oversee staff schedules to guarantee adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to team members, cultivating a positive and professional work environment. Develop institutional human capital strategies and organizational culture Preparing work schedules, overseeing hiring and payroll functions, coordinating curriculum-related compliance with government agencies, and maintaining a student-centered culture. Track program revenue, including enrollment and other fee-based services, and budget oversight to support financial objectives. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and analytical thinking to ensure effective cross-departmental coordination and to promote institutional success, student welfare, and operational excellence. Direct and monitor facility safety and sanitation protocols. Enforce student behavior expectations fairly and consistently and respond appropriately to emergencies by communicating with parents and the school administration promptly. Act as the primary liaison for parents, effectively communicating program updates, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback. Coordinate parent meetings and community events to enhance engagement and build strong relationships. Requirements 24 months in the job offered or any operation management related position Special skills: CPR AED Course Completion Card or Equivalent (be able to obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire) Leadership related Certificates Organizational Management related
Certificate Other Requirements:
Possesses experience operating financial management software and knowledge of accounting principles. Proficient in using advanced spreadsheet software for data analysis. Understands information in financial reports and human resource management reports, and can provide insightful suggestions for annual financial and human resource planning. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with parents, faculty, staff, and school administrators. Familiar with emergency procedures and must possess or be able to obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Able to organize and conduct parent liaison activities and communicate clearly and effectively through newsletters, emails, and meetings.
Education Required:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or related field or any foreign equivalent.
Pay:
$114,390.00 - $150,000.00 per year
