- I. Job Summary
- Manages the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area, in alignment with corporate objectives.
Span of Control:
2 locations and 50 to 99 assets. This role requires hands-on leadership experience with heavy equipment ("yellow iron"), including oversight of maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management in landfill or heavy industrial environments.Location:
- Novato Primarily, some travel to Anderson, CA site.
Travel:
- 10%-15%

- The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees.

+ Direct supervision of 2 full-time employees, including: + Indirect supervision of 1 full-time employees.- IV. Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. +Experience:
5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements + Valid driver's license required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required + None required.- V. Work Environment

- PAY•: The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $108,750 - $135,000.
