This is a floor-based leadership role . The ideal candidate is actively present in all departments daily, leads by example, and drives performance through execution, consistency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily warehouse operations across pick/pack/ship/receiving/returns Work alongside the team on the warehouse floor daily Supervise, train, and hold accountable a team of ~20 staff Ensure accuracy, speed, and efficiency in fulfillment operations Maintain inventory control across ~25,000 automotive SKUs Enforce established systems, workflows, and KPIs Support a safe, organized, and high-performance work environment Perform physical warehouse tasks as needed, including lifting, moving, and handling materials (up to approximately 50 lbs individually and 70+ lbs with team assistance)

Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Experience working within structured warehouse systems (WMS or similar environments) Strong hands-on leadership style with a focus on execution Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable Comfortable working in a floor-based, active warehouse environment
