What You Will Do:

Lead and manage a team of 20+ employees Oversee daily routing, dispatch, and operations Ensure schedules, timelines, and service standards Hire, train, and manage employee performance Address issues and resolve problems quickly Track performance, improve processes

Required:

7+ years of management experience (operations, logistics, similar) Bachelor's degree required Strong leadership, decision-making under pressure Organized, reliable, multi-priority execution

Preferred Experience:

Dispatch, routing, fleet operations High-volume, fast-paced environment
