This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience, marketing, and creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced upscale restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include:

Managing guest communications, emails, DMs, and follow-ups Assisting with private dining, catering, and event coordination Supporting social media posting, engagement, and marketing initiatives Coordinating VIP guest experiences and reservation notes Assisting ownership with office administration and operational follow-up Helping maintain organization between front-of-house operations and administrative needs Supporting marketing campaigns, influencer relations, and event promotions

Preferred Qualifications:

Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Social media experience (Instagram, content posting, engagement) Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and follow through independently Experience with guest relations, events, or administrative support is a plus This position has strong growth potential for someone looking to grow within hospitality management, marketing, and guest experience operations.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
