This role is responsible for translating go-to-market strategy into a fully functioning commercial operation, defining how products move from order to delivery to patient use. Working in close partnership with Product Management and Business Development, this individual will design and stand up the operating model required to successfully launch and scale new solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of commercial, logistics, customer experience, and operations, ideal for someone who thrives in building from zero to one. What You'll Do Commercialization & Operating Model Design Translate go-to-market strategies into end-to-end operational models that enable product commercialization Define how orders are placed, fulfilled, delivered, and supported across the customer and patient journey Establish pilot structures, including scope, workflows, success metrics, and operating assumptions Pilot Execution & Market Entry Lead the execution of pilot programs and early market launches, including U.S. re-entry for key products Rapidly stand up processes and capabilities required to begin commercial activity Iterate on operating models based on real-world performance and feedback Cross-Functional Integration Act as the central integrator across Business Development, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Product teams Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and operational capabilities Drive clarity on roles, dependencies, and execution plans across functions Logistics & Fulfillment Alignment Partner closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to define requirements for product distribution and delivery Ensure logistics solutions enable the intended commercial model and customer experience Identify and resolve gaps between commercial needs and operational execution Customer & Patient Experience Design Define and implement the end-to-end customer and patient journey, from order through delivery and ongoing support Establish customer service models to support pilot execution Incorporate feedback loops to continuously improve experience and outcomes Program Coordination & Execution Build and drive integrated program plans across multiple workstreams Manage risks, trade-offs, and dependencies in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment Provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership Insights & Scaling Track pilot performance across commercial, operational, and customer metrics Capture learnings and translate them into repeatable playbooks for future scale Support transition from pilot to scaled operations

Logistics & Supply Chain PM :

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
