Floor:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and outbound shipping.

Drive Performance:

Monitor and report on key metrics (KPIs) to ensure the team meets production goals.

Safety First:

Maintain a "safety-first" culture, ensuring all OSHA standards and local regulations are strictly followed.

Team Development:

Train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse associates to reach their full potential.

WMS Management:

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track inventory flow and troubleshoot discrepancies.

salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Overseeing a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Inventory Control:

Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Operational Workflow:

Coordinating the receiving of goods, storage (put-away), picking, and shipping to meet daily deadlines.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensuring all staff follow OSHA (or local equivalent) regulations and internal safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents.

Equipment Maintenance:

Managing the upkeep of warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
