Job Description
Description In this key leadership role, you will serve as the primary operational partner to the Operations Director, responsible for supporting excellence in daily clinic operations, staff management, and stepping in during the Director's absence to make critical decisions impacting patient care and clinic performance. You will provide hands-on oversight of staff and workflow, ensure seamless patient care delivery, and step in to lead critical decision-making in the Director's absence. This position also plays a vital role in advancing strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance clinic performance and patient experience. With responsibility for financial oversight, you will support budget management, monitor operational performance, and identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality care standards.
