Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Senior to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational boundary alignment, enterprise system integration, and data governance. This role will drive programs that improve consistency across GIS, SAP, Asset Management, and other enterprise applications, ensuring accurate operational data, efficient work assignment, and improved business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, cross-functional programs from intake through delivery. Manage program roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, risks, and dependencies. Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, GIS, and Data Management teams. Drive system integration and data governance initiatives across enterprise platforms. Resolve operational and system-related data discrepancies. Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of Program Management experience. Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Utility, Energy, Electric, or Infrastructure industry experience. Experience with GIS/ESRI, SAP, Asset Management, or Enterprise Systems. Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and System Integration. Experience working in regulated environments.
