The Director will partner with Ambulatory Medical Directors to set up and/or optimize operational systems, design clinic workflows, identify tools and technologies and support the development and growth of new clinics. The Director reports to the VP of Ambulatory Services & Network Development or to an Administrative Director, depending on the service line and scope of services under their responsibility. The Director is responsible for the overall performance of assigned clinics and assures that the patient experience, quality of care and access meet the highest industry standards
