TBD-Elementary School Site within the Newhall School District We are looking for energetic, charismatic people job. It requires leadership skills who have a deep passion for working with children and teenagers, who want to make a difference in their community and have a positive impact on the future. This is a high energy calling, because it is more than a and reliability from caring adults who will mentor and inspire youth. You will work with a wide variety of youth and parents from various socioeconomic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilites:
Under the supervision of the School Site Director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of programming at the Club and leading Youth Development Professionals. Experience should cover a wide variety of youth development programs and supervisory experience. The School Site Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of staff supervision, program planning/implementation, and communication with the school and parents.
Requirements:
At least two years working with children and parents Previous experience supervising employees required Must be 18 years or older Previous experience in behavior modification with children Bachelor's Degree preferred Able to lift up to 20 pounds, standing, bending, sitting, and walking for long periods. Able to to motivate, encourage, and lead a team of Youth Development Professionals All candidates that are selected will undergo a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and TB Test.
