The Role This is a Director of Operations role functioning as a true Chief Operating Officer inside a global, in-person and broadcast driven ministry. You will run the operational command center behind everything that happens on campus and across our services. Every environment, every handoff, every system, every detail. When things go right, no one notices. When they go wrong, everyone does. You are the person who makes sure they do not go wrong. What You Will Own You will oversee a 40,000 square foot campus, a 30,000 second building, and multiple weekly services with global reach.

You will lead:

Facilities and campus operations

• We have a facilities team. Manage service(s) execution
• We have an events team. Media and production coordination
• We have a media dept head and team. Security and volunteer alignment
• We have a head of security + head of volunteers.

Vendor and contractor relationships Process, systems, and operational efficiency You are responsible for making sure the building, the people, and the systems are always ready before the moment arrives. Not reacting to problems. Eliminating them before they surface. What This Actually Looks Like You are walking the building before anyone else notices something is off. You are catching problems before they become visible. You are managing vendors so they do not overcharge or underdeliver. You are aligning departments that do not naturally align. You are making decisions when others hesitate. You are thinking weeks ahead while executing today. You do not create noise. You remove it. The Environment This is a live environment. Services are broadcast. Mistakes are visible. Pressure is real.

You will deal with:
