14 Weeks (Temp-to-Hire) Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee multi-site healthcare operations across Sterile Processing, Transportation, and Facilities . This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities while partnering with executive leadership to support regional growth and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide regional oversight of Sterile Processing, Transportation, and Facilities operations Lead and develop site-level managers and operational leaders across multiple locations Ensure compliance with

AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, OSHA

, and accreditation standards Standardize processes, workflows, and operational procedures across sites Monitor KPIs including quality, turnaround time, throughput, and service performance Drive audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness initiatives Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Support leadership development, succession planning, and team performance management Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational growth Requirements 10+ years healthcare operations leadership experience 5+ years multi-site leadership experience required Experience in Sterile Processing, Logistics, Facilities, or similar healthcare operations Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills Preferred CRCST certification or equivalent Experience in multi-facility healthcare systems Background in audit readiness, compliance, and operational transformation Experience working with executive healthcare leadership teams For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
