The ISOC Field Supervisor serves as the mobile operational extension of the Surefox Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC). This position provides on-the-ground oversight, rapid response, and quality assurance across client locations from San Jose to San Francisco. The Supervisor ensures operational excellence, supports field personnel, and reinforces Surefox standards while acting as a direct liaison between officers, clients, and the ISOC Operations team. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time. ISOC Field Supervisor (Bay Area) Key Responsibilities 1. Mobile Field Oversight Conduct routine and unannounced site visits across Bay Area client locations. Respond to ISOC-directed tasks requiring in-person verification, incident support, or officer assistance. Provide temporary on-post coverage during staffing shortages, call-offs, or emergent operational needs. Maintain continuous mobility and readiness to deploy throughout the San Jose to San Francisco region. 2. QA/QC & Compliance Assurance Perform scheduled and random QA/QC audits, ensuring adherence to Surefox SOPs, client post orders, and safety protocols. Inspect uniforms, equipment, access control procedures, documentation accuracy, and overall officer performance. Submit detailed QA/QC reports to ISOC with findings, corrective actions, and improvement recommendations. Identify operational risks or deficiencies and escalate to ISOC leadership as necessary. 3. Officer Support & Leadership Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective guidance to field officers. Assist with new-hire onboarding, initial counseling, field training, and post-order reviews. Ensure officers demonstrate professionalism, situational awareness, and customer service excellence. Reinforce reliability standards including punctuality, check-in procedures, patrol frequencies, and SLA compliance. 4. Incident Response & Field-Level Command Serve as first-in mobile responder to security incidents within assigned coverage areas. Support scene stabilization, gather information, and coordinate with emergency services as needed. Ensure accurate reporting, including photos, statements, timelines, and After-Action Review (AAR) contributions. Provide real-time updates to ISOC to maintain situational awareness and coordinated command. 5. Client Relationship Management Engage professionally with client representatives during site visits, inspections, or incident responses. Obtain Client feedback on current services and report back to leadership Communicate operational strengths, deficiencies, and improvement actions clearly and diplomatically. Represent Surefox North America as a trusted partner, reinforcing service quality and organizational values. Support ISOC in gathering KPI data and field intelligence to enhance client reporting and program improvements. 6. ISOC Integration & Real-Time Coordination Maintain continuous communication with ISOC through radio, mobile apps, and GPS platforms. Validate alarms, system alerts, or escalations initiated by ISOC surveillance and monitoring systems. Provide detailed field observations and intelligence to support ISOC analytics and decision-making. Execute urgent ISOC-driven tasks requiring immediate field action. 7. Fleet, Equipment & Operational Readiness Operate a Surefox fleet vehicle safely and in accordance with company driving standards. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and equipment readiness for rapid deployment. Ensure all inspection tools, technology devices, and PPE remain charged, functional, and accounted for. Report mechanical issues, equipment failures, or logistical needs promptly. Compensation & Schedule Compensation $80,000-$82,500 - Salary 40 hours per week, full-time Benefits, Medical, Dental, 401k Options Schedule Variable schedule based on weekly operational priorities May include day, swing, or night shifts depending on the client sites targeted for QA/QC Weekend or holiday coverage may be required for expanded operations or incidents Area of Operations Mobile coverage spanning San Jose, Peninsula, and San Francisco client sites Daily travel required; position may require use of a fleet vehicle or approved personal vehicle Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of security experience; supervisory or field-lead experience preferred Valid California Guard Card (BSIS) and clean driving record Strong communication, leadership, and de-escalation skills Ability to operate independently, multitask, and handle dynamic field environments Experience with
ISOC/GSOC
