Join our team in the heart of Temecula Wine Country and help support our Wine Club operations while creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests! About Our Company Ponte Family Estate Winery opened in 2003 in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. We've been farming our vineyards since 1984 and proudly produce over 20 estate-grown varietals within our certified sustainable facilities. Located next to Ponte Vineyard Inn, our property is surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and scenic wine country views. Guests visit us to relax, enjoy exceptional wine and food, and escape from the stress of everyday life. We've become known for delivering outstanding hospitality, and our team plays an important role in creating unforgettable guest experiences every day. Summary This part-time position focuses on Wine Club support, keeping our members happy, shipping coordination, and guest service. You'll assist wine club members through phone and email communication while supporting wine shipments, account updates, member retention, and overall Wine Club operations. If you enjoy staying organized, multitasking, building relationships with guests, and working behind the scenes to create a great member experience, we'd love to meet you. Compensation $22.00 hourly + commission opportunities! Schedule Monday-Friday 9:30am-1:30pm Weekends and holidays required Occasional wine club or member events What We're Looking For Hospitality, wine, retail, administrative, or customer service experience preferred 21 years of age or older Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality Strong communicationand multitasking skills Comfortable assisting members by phone and email Organized and able to thrive in a busy environment Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Commerce7 systems Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest service What You'll Do Wine Club Support & Member Retention Assist members and guests with wine club questions, orders, shipments, and account updates Provide responsive and friendly service through phone and email communication Update member information including contact details, credit cards, and shipping preferences Help support wine club retention through excellent member service and communication Welcome new wine club members andassistwith member follow-up communication Support department goals related to member satisfaction, retention, and wine sales Shipping & Fulfillment Support Assist with wine shipments, order processing, and fulfillment projects Process and manage will-call, hold, and custom wine orders Track inventory and assist with wine release coordination Support daily shipping operations as needed Provide backup support for Wine Club and Shipping team functions Hospitality & Events Occasionally assist during wine club and member events Provide support in member tasting areas and the Reserve Room as needed Pour wine and assist with member experiences during special events Team Support Participate in wine club meetings and team initiatives Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment Perform additional duties as assigned by management Company Standards Understand the Ponte Values, and Service Standards. Ensure the safety of guests and associates. Follow the environmental standards set by the Company. Treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
