This position may be structured as an Operations Administrator, Property Operations Manager, or Administrative Director , depending on experience. Position Overview This role supports executive leadership and ensures seamless coordination of HR, compliance, insurance administration, marketing support, and internal office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, manages deadlines with precision, and maintains strict confidentiality.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
Human Resources (HR) Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate and compliant employee personnel files Track timesheets and payroll-related documentation Support HR compliance initiatives and internal policies Compliance & Risk Management Monitor regulatory and internal compliance deadlines Maintain required documentation and reporting standards Support operational adherence to housing and employment regulations Insurance Administration Coordinate insurance renewals and policy documentation Manage insurance reports, claims communication, and certificate requests Track policy expirations to ensure uninterrupted coverage Marketing & Operational Support Support property marketing coordination and listing administration Assist with internal operational tracking and reporting Provide administrative support to property supervisors and leadership Qualifications Background in office administration, operations, or HR support Strong organizational and deadline-management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional discretion and leadership presence Proficiency in AppFolio (preferred) Property management experience is a plus
