Education Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

Preferred Fields of Study:

Engineering, Science, Business, or related technical field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a degree, and 5 years required without a degree. 2+ years of leadership experience required. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies highly preferred. GMP, FDA

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$125,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
