This position oversees all aspects of the business, including Sales, Production, Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Employee Development. The General Manager is responsible for building a high-performing culture, driving operational excellence, growing revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role works closely with ownership and executive leadership to execute company objectives and strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to lead teams across multiple departments. Required 4+ years of leadership experience in operations, agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or related industries. Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams. Strong financial and operational management experience. Experience leading managers and supervisors. Ability to analyze business metrics and drive performance improvements. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience in greenhouse, nursery, agriculture, horticulture, live goods, or plant production industries. Experience working with major retail accounts such as Home Depot, Costco, Trader Joe's, or similar national retailers. Experience overseeing production planning, inventory forecasting, and logistics operations. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience managing businesses with $10M+ annual revenue.
