This position requires someone who can take ownership, manage competing priorities, work with data, and proactively solve problems. The role plays a critical part in improving processes, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring alignment between operations, finance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted partner to operations leadership, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to give leadership visibility into operations Evaluated operational and financial metrics, including KPI data, to uncover trends, detect discrepancies, and drive efficiency improvements. Support logistics coordination, including shipping, receiving, and distribution Evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency, minimize errors, and streamline operations. Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and internal controls Serve as a liaison between plant personnel, corporate teams, and external partners Assist with billing, reconciliation, and general administrative processes as needed Support operations through the execution of special projects aimed at improving efficiency, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in administrative, operations, or related roles. Experience supporting leadership and working in a plant or logistics environment is preferred.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 AM-5

PM Shift In-person:

1515 S River Rd, West Sacramento, CA 95691 Travel to some sites Weekends as needed Overtime available

Pay:

$25 to $27/hour
