Cliff Lede Vineyards Yountville, CA Apply Job Description:
Cliff Lede Vineyards, a premium family-owned winery, is seeking to fill a part-time Hospitality Support role. This position reports to Hospitality Management. Work Week/Schedule This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Must be able to work 2-3 days per week, including weekends. This position can require some holidays and evenings.
Position Summary:
The Hospitality Support position is an essential part of our hospitality team and will assist with all back-of-house requirements needed for Hospitality and Wine Hosts to successfully provide a superior experience to our guests. Key responsibilities will be to set up and clear tasting experiences. Essential Job Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Complete opening and closing duties with tasting room staff. Facilitate the set-up and breakdown of each tasting experience with a high attention to detail and cleanliness. Assists with the packing of wine orders. Create cheese plates. Ensure that all items are replenished and restocked. Ensure all glassware and back-of-house needs are in place for the tasting room team, this includes washing and polishing glassware and maintaining a clean working environment. Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace.
