This role is responsible for ensuring smooth early-morning launch activities, coordinating team members and guests, maintaining safety procedures, and helping create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through check-out. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in fast-paced outdoor environments, enjoys hospitality and logistics, and can confidently manage details before sunrise. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate morning launch operations and staff assignments Supervise and motivate ground team members during setup and launch activities Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability in daily operations Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining operational efficiency Provide clear direction and maintain positive team communication Arrive early to prepare launch site logistics and guest check-in Communicate weather updates and operational changes to pilots, team, and guests Assist with passenger waivers, manifests, and safety briefings Ensure launch equipment, vehicles, and supplies are prepared and organized Maintain strong communication between pilots, hospitality team, and office staff Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality throughout the experience Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment Assist with post-flight guest activities and operational wrap-up Support adherence to FAA regulations and company safety procedures Manage guest check-in, reservations, and payment transactions accurately Process payments, receipts, and daily transaction records Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment systems responsibly Resolve guest billing questions and payment issues professionally Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs Experience in customer service, tourism, events, or outdoor recreation is a plus Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Schedule Primarily early mornings (typically beginning before sunrise) Part-time; weather dependent Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay Unique outdoor work environment Opportunity to work closely with pilots and flight crews Training provided Ideal Candidate You are dependable, positive, detail-oriented, upbeat, and comfortable leading morning operations while creating memorable guest experiences.
