Lead the charge in delivering exceptional operations that power unforgettable guest experiences. The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day venue functions, ensuring efficient service execution, strong team performance, and alignment with Levy standards. This role will drive operational excellence while supporting event success from planning through execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of operations or hospitality management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with financial reporting and cost control Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Key Responsibilities:
