What You'll Own Lead and oversee multi-unit restaurant operations with full P&L accountability Drive sales growth, labor optimization, food cost control, and operational efficiency Build, coach, and retain strong General Managers and district-level leadership Support new market expansion, grand openings, and rapid unit growth initiatives Establish operational standards and accountability across all locations Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategy and improve profitability Ensure consistent guest experience, brand execution, and team performance Travel as needed to support operational priorities and expansion efforts What We're Looking For 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience as a District Manager, Director of Operations, or similar role Strong preference for candidates with experience at Buffalo Wild Wings (Sports Bar or GO) or Wingstop Proven success overseeing multiple restaurant locations with full P&L responsibility Experience supporting new market entry, store openings, or aggressive growth environments preferred Strong operational expertise across labor management, cost control, and revenue performance Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining leadership talent Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically Willingness to relocate or travel as business needs evolve Ideal Candidate You are an operator first. You know how to lead from the front, hold teams accountable, and scale performance across multiple locations without losing operational discipline. You're comfortable in growth environments and understand what it takes to build infrastructure while driving results.
