This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence, potential for advancement once fully trained. The Assistant Operations Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to ensure efficient processes, effective team coordination, and the achievement of company goals. This position offers an opportunity to develop managerial experience within a dynamic and growing company environment. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards. Coordinate communication between teams, management, and external partners to facilitate seamless information flow. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement. Help manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource utilization. Participate in staff training, development initiatives, and performance evaluations. Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing insights based on operational data. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Skills Proven experience in operations management or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. A proactive approach to team collaboration and process improvement. Organization and systems building skills extremely important. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory. This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency while fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and innovation within our organization.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
