Description:
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a D5LE2 Strategic Planning Manager to support the the LE2 Program on the FBM Strategic Planning (FSP) team. The ideal candidate will have effective cross collaboration skills including coordinating across multiple sites, POCs and leaders to work tasks and close actions. Must be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change rapidly. Candidate should be a strong team player; pro-actively reaching out when guidance is needed and constantly keep projects/products moving forward and evolving to meet organizational needs. The primary focus of this highly visible and impactful role is to provide staffing, mentorship, guidance to the team, while identifying projects that will support and advance the objectives of the Strategic Planning organization. Projects include What If Analyses, GFX Coordinator, Long Range Plans, Flight IMS, Planning Factor Alignment with Navy, Program Documentation updates and Cost Models. Although this position does support occasional teleworking, the selected candidate will be located full-time near our Englewood, CO facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders to drive project success. Able to identify needs, prioritize work, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision. Adept at evaluating complex data, spotting inconsistencies, and proposing sound solutions You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a
US SECRET
clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired Skills:
Previous Project Management experience Previous experience working with the FBM program Familiarity with Navy Strategic System Program (SSP) Customer Experience with cost modeling, schedule analysis, or related engineering/analytics disciplines is highly valuable. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely within a team-oriented environment Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Active Secret security clearance

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
