Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of SummitStone clinics to ensure the successful delivery of administrative, clinical, and medical service lines. The Operations Supervisor provides leadership and development opportunities for operations team members and serves as a resource and role model for all staff members. This position can be located at any one of our SummitStone clinic locations and may be required to provide support at different locations on an as needed basis. This role will also be required to provide support to in-person, hybrid, and community-based teams. This position will demonstrate a commitment and provide leadership for Summitstone Health Partner's values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment.
Essential Duties:
Provides exceptional customer service and support to clients, SummitStone staff, community partners, and vendors in a professional, supportive, and inclusive manner. Supervise, develop, and foster team values with staff; recognize and reward staff as appropriate, act as a role model, provide support, identify development opportunities, and remove barriers. Acts as a subject matter expert and super-user for client registration, insurance, and scheduling workflows. Takes responsibility for maximizing clinic capacity by identifying scheduling gaps and developing solutions to improve the client's experience. Provides ongoing education and training for all team members, ensuring employees meet all competency requirements, including customer service expectations and all relevant policies. Creates and maintains existing training materials Acts as a subject matter expert for CPI and de-escalation techniques. Guides and leads staff through crisis management while upholding agency values and established processes. Train direct reports on crisis intervention protocols and ensure that the best practice protocols are being followed in response to crisis incidents. In collaboration with management and staff, the Operations Supervisor will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline agency services and workflows, establishing standards and processes which ensure organizational resources are being utilized to optimal levels which are consistent with industry best practices. Collaborates with others in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating operational services, including cooperating effectively with clinical and medical leadership. Effectively collaborate with the Facilities and Safety Departments to ensure facilities meet safety requirements. Prepares monthly staffing schedules for all employees and ensures all areas have adequate coverage for each shift every day. Reviews and approves staff timekeeping on a daily basis for direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or completion of G.E.D. required More than two years of experience in a related position in healthcare or behavioral healthcare operations are required More than one year of experience providing direct supervision to staff or overseeing a team required
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required CPR and First Aid certifications may be required at some locations
Preferred Qualifications:
