Job Description

Current Installations is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Office & Portfolio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial, operational, and administrative management of a real estate and business portfolio consisting of 420+ residential units, approximately SO bank accounts, and multiple LLCs/entities. This is a high-level operations role responsible for financial management, property oversight coordination, reporting, compliance, insurance administration, bookkeeping, and multi-entity business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, professional, and capable of managing a large volume of moving parts while maintaining accuracy and organization. Responsibilities Manage daily banking activity across approximately SO bank accounts and entities Perform Monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank feeds Oversee accounts payable, bill payments, utilities, insurance payments, and vendor disbursements Handle rent collections for a small portion of the portfolio and owner distributions/draws Prepare and review owner financial reports and internal reporting packages Coordinate and assist with annual tax preparation across multiple businesses/entities Maintain accurate bookkeeping records within QuickBooks Track reimbursements, expenses, and cash flow across multiple LLCs Assist in oversight of a 420+ unit residential portfolio Coordinate with multiple third-party property management companies Support in-house property management operations as needed Monitor operational performance and assist with issue resolution Coordinate maintenance/vendor communication and operational follow-up Manage insurance policies, renewals, audits, and workers' compensation reporting Handle Secretary of State filings and periodic entity compliance requirements Maintain organized digital and physical business records Assist ownership with operational projects and special initiatives Qualifications Preferred experience in property management, business operations
Required:
business operations, bookkeeping, or portfolio management Strong QuickBooks experience Required Experience with App Folio strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and multi-account bookkeeping Experience handling multiple entities/LLCs preferred Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally Excellent communication and orgartizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Self-starter capable of operating independently Preferred Experience Tax preparation coordination Experience working with accountants, vendors, and ownership groups Real estate/property management background Multi-family or residential portfolio operations Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday In-office (Golden, Co)
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
