What We're Looking For We're seeking a professional who: Has 3+ years of dental office experience (required) Understands dental terminology, EOBs, insurance billing, and administrative workflows Appreciates well-developed systems and can follow them consistently Communicates respectfully and openly, especially during problem-solving Is solutions-oriented instead of confrontational Values teamwork and enjoys collaborating with leadership Wants to grow within a supportive, positive practice environment About Us Our dental practice has been serving our community since 2005 as a full-service, family-oriented practice. We provide general, cosmetic, emergency, orthodontic, surgical, endodontic, and pediatric care—with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient experience.
