Built on a foundation of accountability and strong execution, our team continues to grow as we expand our presence across Colorado. We are currently looking to bring on a Mitigation Manager who can help strengthen our field operations, support our team, and continue building consistency as we scale. Position Overview The Mitigation Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily mitigation operations, supporting technicians in the field, and helping ensure jobs are completed efficiently and documented accurately. This is a hands-on leadership position suited for someone who is comfortable both managing and stepping in where needed. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, values structure, and wants to be part of a team that is actively building and improving its processes. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to the mitigation team, setting expectations for performance, accountability, and job quality Monitor field operations at a high level to ensure teams are working efficiently, safely, and to company standards Hold technicians accountable for proper execution, documentation, and adherence to processes Identify gaps in performance, training, and workflow, and take initiative to correct and improve them Establish consistency across all jobs, ensuring a standard approach to mitigation, communication, and documentation Act as the main point of accountability for field performance, troubleshooting issues and making real-time decisions as needed Support and reinforce a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalism across the team Partner with office staff and project management to ensure alignment without getting pulled into day-to-day task management Assist in hiring, training, and developing technicians to build a stronger, more reliable team Step in as needed during high-demand situations or complex losses to support the team and maintain control of operations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration
IICRC WRT
Previous operational leadership or long term lead technician experience preferred Strong understanding of mitigation equipment, drying techniques, and job flow Exceptional with field documentation systems (Encircle or similar) Valid driver's license, clean background and reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including after-hours or on-call situations Strong communication and organization skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Dental, Vision and Health Insurance FAMLI Insurance Performance-based incentives Paid Time Off Why Join Us We are building something that requires the right people in the right roles.
