Executive Operations Manager (Property Management)Overview We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Executive Operations Manager to serve as a key leader within our property management company. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support—this is a right-hand position responsible for driving operational excellence, building systems, and ensuring the business runs efficiently at every level. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and naturally takes ownership. You anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and are motivated to deeply understand every aspect of the business—from software platforms to team performance. You will play a critical role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and supporting executive-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily operations across all properties and internal systems Act as a direct right-hand to leadership, supporting high-level decision-making and execution Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined processes to improve performance and scalability Build, document, and maintain SOPs to create consistency across all operations Manage and optimize company software platforms (Hostfully, Breezeway, Airbnb/VRBO, etc.) Ensure all guest communications, workflows, and task management systems are executed with precision Lead, train, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards Monitor KPIs including occupancy, revenue trends, and operational efficiency Oversee scheduling, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships Conduct regular audits to ensure quality control, cleanliness standards, and compliance Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development What We're Looking For A proactive, solutions-driven mindset—you take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do Exceptional attention to detail with strong retention and follow-through A systems thinker who enjoys building, improving, and scaling processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and hold a team accountable Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master multiple platforms Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with a professional, confident presence Preferred Experience Property management, hospitality, or operations leadership experience Experience with platforms such as Hostfully, Breezeway, Airbnb, VRBO, or similar systems Background in operations management, business scaling, or process development Experience working closely with executive leadership or in a right-hand role Why This Role is Different This is not a traditional assistant position.
