— Art Studio Manager Shipping, Customer Service & Classes +-30 hours a week with opportunity for more hours
  • 5 days/week

We're a tufting studio looking for someone with great energy, a can-do attitude, and a genuine love for connecting with customers and the craft.   • Thu — Behind the scenes Picking, packing & shipping orders Shipping & receiving Quality control Equipment upkeep & repairs (we'll train you!) Handling calls & website enquiries Fri
  • Sat — Front & centre Co-teaching tufting & rug making classes Engaging with students & customers Helping people fall in love with the craft Creating a fun, welcoming studio vibe Some weeks the Friday studio day may shift to Sunday instead — we'll always give you plenty of notice and work it out together.
You're our person if you... Are a self-starter who doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder Love variety and get bored doing the same thing all day Are a people person who genuinely enjoys customer interactions Are organized, reliable, and take pride in doing things right Are comfortable picking up a phone and handling a few calls a day Extra gold stars if you... Know your way around social media or social media advertising Have experience with or a passion for tufting, textiles, or fiber arts The basics
Hours:
~5-6 hours/day Start time: Flexible — 10am or 11am, we'll work with you
Schedule:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri & Sat (occasional Sun swap available)

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
