Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development Foster a positive, patient-centered culture in alignment with DOCS Core Values . Lead, mentor, and support site staff to ensure a high-performance team. Conduct regular team meetings to promote clear communication and accountability. Handle conflict resolution and ensure a supportive, productive work environment. Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day site operations , ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards . Ensure compliance with regulations and company expectations for quality care. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive improvements where needed. Patient Experience & Community Engagement Ensure all team members deliver an exceptional patient experience . Address and resolve patient concerns in a timely and professional manner. Build relationships within the local community to enhance brand reputation. Financial & Business Performance Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for site efficiency. Drive revenue growth through effective team performance and operational improvements . Collaborate with regional leadership to meet business objectives .
